Every new build in your Arkansas market. Every Monday.

Fresh building permit leads with the builder’s name and number, cleaned up and emailed to you — so you stop losing Sunday nights to city websites.

$39 a month for your region, or $50 for all of Arkansas. The sample is free and needs no card.

  • 30 Arkansas cities
  • New permits every Monday
  • 30-day money-back

The opportunity is already there. Finding it takes time.

Contractors know new construction creates work. Finding it usually means checking city websites one by one, downloading reports, cleaning up spreadsheets, working out which permits actually matter to your trade, and then trying to figure out who is behind each project. That takes hours, every week.

Doing it yourself

  • A dozen city websites, each with its own report format
  • PDFs, scans and spreadsheets that all need retyping
  • Guessing which permits are worth a call
  • Hunting for the builder's phone number, one permit at a time
Done for you

With Build Permit Signal

  • We do the research and organize it for you
  • One clean list in your inbox, ready to sort
  • Permits that matter to your trade, with a sense of timing
  • Builder contact details already looked up, when they're public

Roof trusses and framing on a new home under construction

Every house starts as a permit.

That's the moment we tell you about, while there's still a roof to put on, a slab to pour and floors to lay.

No data dump. Just useful leads.

Each lead is one project, with what you need to decide whether it's worth a call. Contact information is included when publicly available, and we mark what's missing instead of guessing.

What contractors say

Three Arkansas businesses already using the weekly sheet.

Build Permit Signal makes it easier to identify new construction opportunities in Arkansas. Having permit information organized in one place saves time and helps us plan our outreach.

Michael TurnerTurner HVAC Solutions

Finding new projects early is important for our business. Build Permit Signal offers a practical way to track building permits and identify potential opportunities.

Jason MitchellMitchell Roofing & Construction

A useful resource for contractors who want to stay informed about new construction activity. The organized permit leads make prospecting more straightforward.

Daniel BrooksBrooks Plumbing Services

Every list is checked by hand before it goes out, and anything we can’t verify is marked rather than guessed. Try it on your own market first — the sample is free.

Built for contractors, not data scientists.

Fresh

New permit activity is far more useful when you see it while the project is still an opportunity, not weeks after the work was awarded.

Local

We focus on specific markets and jurisdictions instead of handing you an overwhelming nationwide database you'd have to filter yourself.

Practical

You get organized leads instead of spending hours on government websites. Open the email, sort the list, start calling.

Human

We're not handing you a giant database and saying "good luck." A real person checks every list, and you can reply to any email with a question.

Starting with Arkansas

We're building deeper coverage across Arkansas, one market at a time. Delivery follows each city's own publishing schedule: weekly where cities publish weekly, monthly where they don't.

For suppliers, lenders and analysts who want more than a weekly list. From $399 a month, priced to what you need.

Questions people ask

Can't find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp or email info@buildpermitsignal.com. We usually reply the same day.

Where do the leads come from?

From public building-permit records that Arkansas cities and counties publish on their websites or share on request. Every lead points back to the permit it came from.

Do you include builder phone numbers and emails?

When they're publicly available, yes. Builder names and phone numbers usually come from the permit record itself; business emails are added from public business sources where we can find them. Not every permit has every field, and we mark what's missing rather than guessing.

How often will I get leads?

Every Monday. Larger cities publish permits weekly; many smaller towns publish monthly, and we add those to the next Monday sheet as soon as they arrive.

How many leads will I actually get?

It depends on the city and the month. A larger market like Little Rock, Fayetteville or Rogers typically produces dozens of new permits a month; a smaller town may produce a handful. Winter is quieter than spring everywhere. Rather than quote you a number we can’t promise, ask for the free sample for your own area — it’s last month’s real permits, so you can count them yourself before paying anything.

Won’t every other contractor get the same list?

Building permits are public records, so nobody can sell exclusive access to them and you should be suspicious of anyone who claims to. What you’re paying for is the collecting, checking and timing — getting them every Monday in one sheet instead of visiting a dozen city websites yourself. In practice very few contractors in any trade do this at all, which is the advantage. If you want to be the only one in your trade and area receiving our sheet, ask us: we will tell you honestly whether that’s already true and what it would take.

How do I know it’s worth $39 a month?

One extra job pays for years of leads. A full year of permits for your whole region costs less than most single roofing jobs, and your first month carries a 30-day money-back guarantee — if the leads aren’t useful, email us within 30 days and we’ll refund it. Start with the free sample and judge it on real permits from your own area before you spend anything.

How do I pay?

After you choose a plan, we email you payment instructions with a secure Payoneer link. You can pay by card or US bank transfer, monthly or yearly (yearly gets two months free). Delivery starts once your payment is confirmed.

Can I cancel?

Any time. You keep receiving leads until the end of the period you've paid for. Your first month is also covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the leads aren't useful, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it. After that, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See the refund policy.

Is it okay to contact builders from permit records?

Building permits are public records in Arkansas, and reaching out to businesses about your services is normal practice. When you email, follow the CAN-SPAM Act: say who you are, be honest, and include a way to opt out. Automated calls and texts have their own rules, so keep it to personal calls and emails. This is general information, not legal advice.

I'm a builder listed in your leads. Can I be removed?

Yes. Email info@buildpermitsignal.com with your company name and we'll remove your contact details from future lists.
